Ruj is our Chief Financial Officer and COFA.
Ruj is an experienced financial professional who drives our firm’s efforts to achieve positive, sustainable growth by overseeing the application of the commercial, operational and financial strategies required to reach this ambition.
Ruj sits alongside our firm's Operational Directors to support the management board and wider partnership in managing our firm's financial and commercial affairs. She draws on her technical expertise, critical thinking and leadership ability to improve performance, strengthen processes and visibility to implement real change across our firm.
She holds overall responsibility for managing our finances and leads in areas such as financial planning and budgeting as well as financial risk management and financial reporting.
She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Ruj has over 15 years’ experience across the public and private sectors working with senior management and finance professionals across a range of industries, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC. She also has over seven years’ experience in law firms, joining us in 2018 as the Head of Commercial Finance and PMO. She became our Chief Financial Officer in 2019 and she is a member of our management board.
