Rupert is an experienced commercial property lawyer who handles various property-related matters with a focus on agricultural land management and landed estates.
He advises on complex rights, titles and liability matters which affect rural holdings and also offers guidance to clients in relation to protecting their interests for renewable development projects.
He acts for individuals, trusts, companies and private estates.
Rupert has a strong background in non-contentious work and has practised for over two decades. He is highly experienced in representing the interests of the landowning community.
He is a member of the Country Landowners and Business Association, Agricultural Lawyers Association and Historic Houses.
He is classed as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ and a ‘Leading Individual’ by The Legal 500 which notes that he is known for his “rapid and considered responses” to any situations clients face.
