Brabners Deal Advisory is a professional services firm of specialist accountants — not lawyers — who concentrate on proactively creating deals and bringing parties together.

The team uses expertise, experience, tenacity and instinct to tactically guide businesses and management teams through a range of complex, multi-million-pound corporate transactions, including management buy-outs and buy-ins (MBOs and MBIs), acquisitions, disposals and working capital fundraising.

This includes advising on deal structure, finding funders, targets or buyers and negotiating on price to create the deal which is best for both the business and management team, as well as project management from concept all the way through to completion.

We have strong relationships with a broad range of funders throughout the UK, including banks, alternative debt providers, private equity funds and asset-based lenders. This ensures that our knowledge of pricing and structures is always current so that you receive the best possible guidance.
