An experienced financial professional, she has significant expertise in deal advisory and private equity work.
Paula handles corporate finance issues relating to strategic advice, working capital fundraising, acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins and disposals for clients across a range of sectors.
Having worked in deal advisory for three decades, Paula has a strong background in her field and has been involved with many major deals across the North West.
Paula is a member of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) and has gained the Corporate Finance Accreditation.
She was also an Independent Board Member of Torus 62, a member of the Group Audit and Risk Committee and Chair of the Board of HMS for the maximum nine-year term.
Currently, Paula is a board member and member of the Audit & Risk Committee for Prima Housing.
Paula joined us in 2011 and works across our four offices in Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and Lancashire.
