We are delighted to announce the appointment of new partner Tom Smith to head up our litigation offering in Preston.
Tom joins Brabners having previously been head of dispute resolution at Lancashire firm Forbes Solicitors.
He has 15 years’ experience as a litigation solicitor, advising clients across the North West but predominantly in Lancashire and Preston. His particular experience lies in advising businesses on contractual disputes, corporate issues, debt recovery and insolvency related issues.

Brabners’ 40-strong Litigation practice is one of the largest in the North West and its fee income increased by more than 33% year-on-year in the 12 months to April 2019.
