We’ve supported Peel Ports in a landmark transaction worth hundreds of millions of pounds for the city of Liverpool, playing a pivotal role in securing a transformative deal for the city’s iconic cruise liner terminal.
Global Ports Holding (GPH), the world's largest independent cruise port operator, has signed a 50-year agreement with Peel Ports Group, which will see up to £25m investment, including the construction of a new terminal building.
It further positions the city as a premier destination for global cruise liners and reinforces its status as a dynamic hub within the maritime sector.
The investment injected into this project promises to fuel economic growth, foster job creation, and amplify Liverpool’s allure as a vibrant cultural and commercial centre.
