Richard is a Partner and leads our Investment and Property Management team.

Richard is a specialist in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold business premises, commercial property management and non-contentious landlord and tenant law, including practice and procedure under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

He has considerable expertise in sub-sale and leaseback transactions as well as the acquisition and disposal of going concerns.

He acts for national multiple retailers and major landowners as well as manufacturing and supply chain businesses.

The Legal 500 describes him as “an exceptional lawyer” who "cuts to the core issues very quickly”.

His clients include McColl’s Retail Group plc, Peel Ports Group, NWF Group plc, Well Pharmacy and Real Good Food plc.

Richard joined us in 2001.
