Zaryab is an Executive in our Deal Advisory team.
He advises on business disposals, acquisitions, fundraises and valuations, as well as MBOs and MBIs for a range of corporate clients, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs.
A Chartered Accountant and member of the ICAEW, Zaryab has hands-on experience in advising on mid-market transactions.
Having honed his skills at a global mid-market M&A advisory group, he joined our Deal Advisory team in 2024, which combines the rigour of a global group with the agility to support ambitious owner-managed businesses.
Zaryab works closely with founders, management teams and investors across a broad range of sectors, guiding them through some of the most significant moments in their business journey.
Whether you’re preparing for a sale, pursuing an acquisition or unlocking growth through external investment, Zaryab has the expertise to help you navigate the process with confidence.
Outside of work, Zaryab is a keen sportsman who plays football, badminton and cricket. He's also an adventurous foodie with a particular weak spot for Turkish baklava.
Zaryab joined us in September 2024 and is based in our Leeds office.
