Morgan Lewis

Morgan is an Senior Associate in our Commercial and IP team.

Morgan provides advice in relation to commercial contracts, the exploitation and licensing of intellectual property rights, and compliance with data protection requirements.

Morgan handles issues such as drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements as well as supporting tech companies focused on developing software and cloud-based products.

He works with clients across all sectors and industries, with particular experience in IT, sport, manufacturing, retail, and pharma.

Morgan previously worked at a specialist sports law practice providing advise to English football clubs, overseas football clubs, sports agencies as well as well-known sports men and women.

Morgan joined us in 2021 and qualified in 2016. He is based in our Manchester office.
