Carly is an Associate in our litigation team.

She assists a wide range of clients — including owner-managed businesses, individuals, partners, SMEs, solicitors, builders, consumers, minority shareholders and charities — to resolve business and property disputes through court proceedings, arbitration and mediation.

Such disputes typically involve commercial contracts (like brokerage, joint venture, franchise and share purchase agreements, as well as the sale of goods and supply of services), professional negligence (by solicitors, accountants and construction professionals), partnerships (including unlawful exclusion and disputed valuations) and commercial lending (disputes with banks).
