We’re officially the eighth Best Large Company to Work For in the UK and the #1 Best Company to Work For in Yorkshire and the Humber, according to the latest Best Companies rankings for 2025.

This year marks the second time running that we’ve been recognised as the best company to work for in Yorkshire and continues our streak in the Best Companies rankings for seven consecutive years.

Our progress in the North West has been just as encouraging, where we’ve risen to 12th overall in the region — an impressive jump from 17th position last year.

We’re also proud to have maintained our place among the Top 5 Best Law Firms to Work For, reinforcing our reputation as one of the leading employers in the legal sector.

What our people say

The Best Companies survey highlights what makes our workplace so special. 87% of our people said that their team is fun to work with, while 84% agreed that their role supports personal growth.

One of the clearest reflections of our culture is that 98% of our people said that we actively encourage charitable activities. That commitment comes to life through The Brabners Foundation which has now surpassed £200,000 in total grant funding following recent rounds of support.
