Recent research by Menopause Experts has shown that in 2021 Employment Tribunal claims related to menopause increased by 44% compared to 2020.
There was also an increase of 75% in the same period for the number of mentions of menopause in Employment Tribunal documents (up from 118 in 2020 to 207 in 2021).
With increased public awareness of the potential impacts of menopause, we would expect these figures to increase further next year.
