Daniel is a corporate lawyer who is experienced in acting on complex and high value corporate acquisitions and disposals.
He advises on group restructuring and demergers, third party capital investments concerning venture capital, private equity or individual investors as well as business joint ventures.
He acts for clients ranging from SMEs and AIM-listed companies to high net worth individuals across varied industries most notably the motoring, logistics, recruitment and professional services sectors.
Daniel has worked on transactions with a cumulative value in excess of £500m and regularly ranks as one of the most active corporate advisers in the North West legal market by Experian’s MarketIQ tracker.
He is a member and regular attendee of JCI Manchester, Manchester Young Solicitor Group (MYSG) and Pro-Manchester events.
Daniel joined us in 2014 and is based in our Manchester office.
