We are one of just five firms nationally to have ranked in more than five categories in this year’s Lex 100 Guide for trainee solicitors, increasing our ranking to six categories in 2019 to include job satisfaction.
We have ranked among the top 100 firms for job satisfaction (18th), living up to expectations (6th), quality of work given (11th), social life (3rd), inclusiveness (11th) and approachability (11th).
According to the profile we have a ‘great reputation in the North West’ and are an ‘excellent name for training and the quality of work’ we provide. Respondents describe our training as ‘organised and structured, with support being provided at every opportunity’.
Trainees also praise the ‘variety of interesting work and clients,’ secondment opportunities and our ‘second to none’ culture where a lot more value is placed on work/life balance and social activities compared to other firms.
