Trishna is an Associate in our employment, pensions and immigration team.

With a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious employment and HR-related matters, Trishna handles employment tribunal claims, drafts and audits contracts of employment and advises on policies, procedures and complex HR issues. She also supports clients with mergers and acquisitions, TUPE transfers, redundancies and restructures.

Trishna has experience working across various sectors including manufacturing and supply chain, retail, leisure and hospitality and recruitment and workforce solutions and acts for a range of clients from SMEs to large public companies. In addition, she supports individuals with their employment matters such as settlement agreements, negotiating exits for senior executives and tribunal claims.

Trishna is an advocate of reproductive health and was proudly involved in the development of the new BSI standard on ‘Menstruation, Menstrual Health, and Menopause in the Workplace’, having contributed and ensured its compliance from an employment law perspective.

She has also hosted podcasts relating to reproductive health, including with the CEO and founder of the charitable organisation Binti, which is focused on normalising the conversation around menstrual health in the workplace and partnering with a barrister, Thomas Wood of St Johns Building, to discuss the legal framework around the challenge of menopause in the workplace in a two-part series.

Trishna qualified in September 2018 and joined us as a Solicitor in January 2021. She is primarily based in our Lancashire office but partners with clients across the country.
