Phil is a Partner in our litigation team.
An experienced litigator, he handles a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters including breach of contract/warranty claims, professional negligence disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes and corporate transactional disputes (including dental corporate).
Phil acts for a broad range of clients, from individuals and owner-managed businesses to PLCs.
He offers pragmatic and practical advice, ensuring that clients consider their commercial as well as their legal position.
Prior to joining us in 2022, Phil worked as a Partner at a top-50 national law firm.
Phil is based in our Liverpool office.
