Phil is a Partner in our Litigation team.
Phil is an experienced litigator who handles a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters including breach of contract/warranty claims, professional negligence disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, corporate transactional disputes (including dental corporate), building/construction disputes and equine litigation.
He acts for a broad range of clients, from individuals and owner-managed businesses to PLCs.
Phil has a strong background in civil and commercial litigation matters and offers pragmatic and practical advice, ensuring clients consider their commercial as well as their legal position. Phil has practised for over a decade and worked as a Partner at a top 50 national firm before joining our firm.
Phil joined us in 2022 and is based in our Liverpool office.
