Peter is a Senior Associate in our property team.
He is a commercial real estate lawyer who handles development and investment transactions as well as commercial lease transactions for landlords and tenants on new developments and existing properties. He also advises on the real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
Peter acts for a range of clients including property developers and investors, household retailers, local authorities and public bodies and corporate occupiers.
Peter has a strong background in commercial real estate law and he has assisted with forward funded development projects as well as acquisitions and disposals of industrial and commercial sites for investment purposes and occupational use and general asset management work.
Peter qualified in 2019 and joined us in January 2023. He is based in our Liverpool office.
