Olayanju Phillips is a Solicitor in our Corporate team.

Olayanju handles issues relating to corporate transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, private equity matters, reorganisations, shareholder agreements and share options.

He acts for a range of clients including private companies, partnerships, LLPs, SMEs, start-ups, charities and social enterprises.

Olayanju has a strong background in non-contentious work and routinely advises companies in the health, technology and financial services industries.

Olayanju joined us in 2022. He is based in our Liverpool office.
