Olayanju is an Associate in our corporate team.

He handles issues relating to corporate transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, private equity matters, reorganisations, shareholder agreements and share options.

He acts for a range of clients including private companies, partnerships, LLPs, SMEs, start-ups, charities and social enterprises.

Olayanju has a strong background in non-contentious work and routinely advises companies in the health, technology and financial services industries. He is dual-qualified in England & Wales and Nigeria.

Olayanju joined us in 2022. He is based in our Liverpool office.
