She has a breadth of experience across the full spectrum of property disputes, including advising on 1954 Act lease renewals, vacant possession strategy, forfeiture, notices and disputes about validity, dilapidations, restrictive covenants, adverse possession and boundary disputes. She also has a developing agricultural practice.
Listed as a ‘Key Lawyer’ in the 2024 edition of The Legal 500, Jessica supports companies, local authorities, charities and private clients across the retail, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. She was also noted in the 2025 edition of The Legal 500 as “a standout star” and “extremely diligent and thorough”.
