Jessica is an Associate in our property litigation team.
She has a breadth of experience across the full spectrum of commercial property disputes, including advising on 1954 Act lease renewals, vacant possession strategy, forfeiture, notices and disputes about validity, dilapidations, restrictive covenants, adverse possession and boundary disputes. She also has a developing agricultural practice.
Listed as a ‘Key Lawyer’ in the 2023 edition of The Legal 500, Jessica supports many private clients as well as companies, local authorities and charities across the retail, manufacturing, charity and healthcare sectors.
A member of the Property Litigation Association, as a practitioner she has a keen attention to detail and provides pragmatic advice — dealing with complex legal issues while providing sharp commercial strategies and maintaining a down-to-earth approach.
Jessica delivers bespoke training sessions to clients and has been published in the Estates Gazette.
As a member of our internal Social Mobility Action Group, she’s actively involved with various internal and external initiatives that support widening access to the legal sector.
Jessica joined us in 2018 and is based in our Manchester office.
