Jennifer is a Partner in our property litigation team.
She advises on all aspects of contentious property disputes and portfolio management issues including contested lease renewals, tenant insolvencies, break options, forfeiture, lease termination, dilapidations, rent review, assignments, recovery of rent and service charge arrears.
Jennifer has extensive asset management experience, acting for consumer sector clients and institutional landlords.
In addition to her general practice, Jennifer specialises in contentious telecoms disputes and advises landlords and site providers on board-level strategic issues arising from the Electronic Communications Code.
Jennifer's experience includes advising on:
- Lease renewals under the Code / the 1954 Act.
- Operator requests to install apparatus / undertake MSVs.
- The termination of agreements (under the Code / 1954 Act) and removal of apparatus from buildings/land.
Jennifer provides specialist training on this area of law and has presented on panels.
Jennifer joined us in July 2026, having spent a decade at an international law firm. She’s based in our Leeds office.
