“We are writing to say what a great experience we had with Huzaifa Moosa from Brabners dealing with a Discretionary Trust matter. Not only did Huzaifa show a strong grasp of the content and the legal implications, but he always listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve and was pragmatic in providing solutions in a manner easy for non-legal clients to understand. His execution was prompt, with clear plans and meeting the timescales agreed — even when we needed to bring forward some of the timings. He was always pleasant and personable, responded quickly and effectively to questions and very professional. In short, it was excellent in terms of what was done and how it was done.”
