Eugene is a Senior Associate in our corporate team.

Acting for dental corporates, independent dentists and dental care professionals, he specialises in the acquisition and disposal of dental practices, whether by way of asset or share sales and purchases.

Eugene also advises on a wide range of sector-specific matters, including registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) — both on a standalone basis (such as the establishment of a squat dental practice) and as part of a sale or purchase — together with the protection of NHS contracts, incorporations, NHS 24‑hour retirements, partnership agreements and comprehensive dental practice due diligence.

In addition, Eugene assists care home providers with the sale and purchase of care businesses — advising owners, operators and investors on transactional, regulatory and due diligence aspects of care home acquisitions and disposals.

Experienced in corporate law, Eugene previously worked at a firm specialising exclusively in dental practices. He has acted on transactions of all sizes across both the dental and care home sectors, including multi‑site acquisitions and disposals, and has advised international companies seeking to provide dental services in England on the CQC registration process and their ongoing regulatory obligations.

Eugene joined us in April 2023 and is based in our Leeds office.
