Eugene is an Associate in our corporate team.

Acting for dental corporates, independent dentists and dental care professionals, Eugene specialises in the acquisition and disposal of dental practices, either by way of the sale or purchase of a company’s assets or shares.

Eugene also advises on matters such as registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) — whether standalone (such as setting up a squat dental practice) or as part of the sale or purchase of a dental practice — as well as the protection of NHS contracts, incorporations, NHS 24-hour retirements, partnership agreements and dental practice due diligence.

Experienced in corporate law, Eugene previously worked at a firm that specialised in dental practices. He has experience in acting on the disposal and acquisition of dental practices of all sizes, including deals that involved multiple locations. Eugene has also advised international companies looking to provide dental services in England on the CQC process and their CQC obligations.

Eugene joined us in April 2023 and is based in our Leeds office.
