Emma Norman-Jones

Emma is an Associate in our corporate team.

She assists in a range of corporate transactions, such as company restructures, capital reduction, demerger exercises, sales and acquisitions. 

Emma is adept at drafting shareholder agreements, as well as corporate governance and constitutional documents.

She acts for a wide range of SMEs and owner-managed businesses.

Emma qualified in September 2022 and joined Brabners in May 2023. She is based in our Manchester office.
