Elspeth is a Partner in our Construction team.
Elspeth is an experienced construction lawyer who has a strong background in non-contentious construction law and has served as an adviser on major UK-wide developments. She has particular experience in the student accommodation, residential development, office and retail sectors.
She advises clients on projects from their inception through to completion and manages any issues that may arise along the way. She acts for clients at all levels of the construction process and advises a range of clients including developers, contractors, tenants, purchasers and funders.
She is ranked by The Legal 500 as a "Next Generation” lawyer.
Elspeth’s clients include the Downing Group, TJ Morris Limited and Liverpool Building Company.
She is a trustee of the PH Holt Foundation.
Elspeth joined us in 2019 and is based in our Liverpool office.
