Dan is a Partner in our corporate team.
A highly experienced corporate transactions lawyer, Dan has a strong track record of supporting and delivering a wide range of mergers and acquisitions across a variety of sectors, including professional advisory and financial services, engineering, retail and manufacturing.
He’s also an expert on management buy-outs (MBOs), group reorganisations, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements.
Dan has been ranked annually in Chambers & Partners since 2018 for his expertise in corporate M&A work. He embraces the responsibility that comes with being entrusted to advise clients on what’s often their life’s work — something that’s evident in how he approaches every instruction.
A key member of our professional services sector team, Dan leads our focus on accountancy firms.
Outside of work, Dan has been a board trustee at Theatre Royal Wakefield since 2021. He also coaches the academy at Sandal RUFC in Wakefield and is a lifelong St. Helens R.F.C. supporter.
Dan joined us in 2024 and is primarily based in our Leeds office.
