Damian Harrison

Damian is a Commercial Recovery Manager in our litigation team.

He has worked in the debt recovery sector since 2001 and has more than 25 years’ experience across commercial litigation and both personal and corporate insolvency. He’s an expert in bulk debt recovery, outsourced credit control, processes and systems and debt purchase.

He advises a wide range of clients, including large blue-chip companies, business banks, insolvency practitioners and government agencies, as well as general commercial clients across various sectors.

Damian began his career as an office junior and progressed quickly into senior management roles across several regional, national and international firms as well as a major debt purchase company before joining us.

Outside work, he spends most of his time with his young family and enjoys getting out into the Yorkshire countryside. He’s also a committed Leeds United supporter.

Damian joined us in April 2026 and is based in our Lancashire office.
