She has significant experience in advising on the acquisition, development, financing and operation of sites across England and Wales — supporting developers, investors and funders on complex projects.
Cherry provides strategic, commercially focused advice throughout the development lifecycle — from site due diligence and funding on acquisition through to operational arrangements, including leases.
With particular expertise in advising on multi-use sports sites and community sports hubs, Cherry is experienced in navigating the sport sector’s unique legal challenges, including stakeholder engagement, governance considerations and long-term asset management.
Known for her collaborative and personable approach, Cherry supports clients in delivering schemes that balance commercial objectives with the unique community impact goals of each project.
As our Pro Bono Manager, Cherry supports colleagues to use their skills for the public good, reflecting our commitments to responsible business and creating positive and lasting change.
Cherry has practised since 2017, having trained and qualified at a global law firm before joining us in 2021. She’s based in our Manchester office.
