Alysia Heath

Solicitor

Alysia is a Solicitor in our employment and pensions team.

She supports clients across a wide range of employment issues including preparing contracts, reviewing workplace policies and advising on grievances, disciplinaries, dismissals and tribunal claims for both employees and employers.

On the pensions side, she has experience in scheme governance, buy-in and buy-out transactions, life assurance arrangements and public sector schemes.

Alysia graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2022 with a first-class Law LLB before completing an MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in 2023, achieving a Distinction.

She trained with a global law firm between 2023 and 2025 before qualifying in August 2025 and joining us in September.

Alysia is based in our Manchester office.
