Charity Law Update | September 2022

We are delighted to invite you to our very popular annual charity law update, on 15 September 2022.

This event, will provide charity trustees and senior managers with an update on legal developments affecting charities that have taken place over the previous year.

Graeme Hughes and Imogen Trafford from our Charity Law Team will provide an informative round up of legal developments in the voluntary sector, including:

• An introduction to the Charities Act 2022;
• Lessons learnt from the Pandemic;
• The Charity Commission’s regulatory activity and a review of some of the Charity Commission’s case reports;
• Charity Campaigning during the cost of living crisis; and
• Other legal and case law developments.

During registration, there will be an opportunity for attendees to submit any questions they might have for our speakers, in advance of the session.
