Full life-cycle support

Our team also advises on commercial property development throughout the whole development life-cycle from site acquisitions, assembly and contract negotiation through funding and construction to disposal. We also advise on longer term projects including regeneration of neglected areas.

In addition, we support across the full spectrum of residential developments from strategic land sales and acquisitions, site assembly, short-term land acquisitions and sales, social housing transactions to planning promotion agreements, collaboration agreements, joint ventures, planning agreements and individual plot sales.
