Iain is a Partner and Practice Group Head of our Real Estate team.
Iain offers clients strategic advice on complex projects to help them reach successful completion.
He specialises in development matters such as large scale regeneration sites and forward funding transactions. He acts on property matters for investors, landlords, developers and corporate occupiers.
Iain has a strong background in non-contentious property work and a successful track record in navigating legal requirements in relation to ports, warehousing and logistics.
He is classed as a ‘Recommended Lawyer by The Legal 500 which describes him as “first-rate”.
Iain’s clients include ION Property Developments, Peel Land and Property, Peel Ports Group and Primark.
