Zoe is a Senior Associate in our Construction team.
Zoe advises both private and public sector clients on all aspects of high value non-contentious construction and engineering matters.
She drafts, negotiates and agrees building contracts, professional appointments, subcontracts, development agreements, framework agreements, ancillary documents (e.g. collateral warranties and deeds of variation), security documents (e.g. parent company guarantees and performance bonds) and wider commercial agreements. She is familiar with industry standard forms of UK construction contracts.
Zoe has a strong background in construction law and spent almost eight years working for an international law firm prior to joining our firm.
Zoe joined us in 2022 and is based in our Lancashire office.
