Zoe is a Legal Director in our construction team.
She advises both private and public sector clients on all aspects of high value non-contentious construction and engineering matters.
Zoe drafts, negotiates and agrees building contracts, professional appointments, subcontracts, development agreements, framework agreements, ancillary documents (e.g. collateral warranties and deeds of variation), security documents (e.g. parent company guarantees and performance bonds) and wider commercial agreements. She is familiar with industry standard forms of UK construction contracts.
Recognised by The Legal 500 as a 'Recommended Lawyer', she has a strong background in construction law and spent almost eight years working for an international law firm prior to joining our firm.
Zoe joined us in 2022 and is based in our Lancashire office.
