Will Ford

Will is a Solicitor in our real estate development team.

He advises landlords, tenants and developers on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing transactions and development projects.

His experience also includes utility-related property transactions, supporting clients on the property aspects of development and investment projects.

Alongside his commercial practice, Will is committed to improving access to legal advice through pro bono work and appeared on the national Pro Bono Recognition List in both 2025 and 2026, recognising his contribution of more than 25 hours of pro bono legal work each year.

Will joined us in 2022 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2024. He is based in our Manchester office.
