Todd Whitworth

Todd is a Trainee Solicitor in our real estate development team.

During his seat, Todd has worked across a wide range of commercial real estate matters. He's assisted with drafting and negotiating leases for retail and commercial units and supports agricultural property work, including preparing Land Registry applications for landed estates and agricultural holdings.

Todd takes a clear and structured approach to client work, focusing on the practical implications of each issue and providing advice that is both commercially aware and legally sound. His recent work includes supporting on matters for clients such as T J Morris Limited and Arnold Clark.

Before joining us, Todd has built a strong and varied background through placements in Liverpool, Westminster and Cambridge during his studies at the University of Leeds, later passing his Solicitors Qualifying Exams in 2025.

Outside of work, Todd holds a black belt in taekwondo, having taught the sport for many years.

He joined us in September 2025 and is based in our Liverpool office.
