Shaun Newcombe

Shaun is a Legal Executive in our Housing and Regeneration team.

Shaun assists the team on issues such as right to buy, right to acquire, shared ownership staircasing and plot sales amongst other general conveyancing matters.

He also has experience in housing litigation matters, having worked in a legal aid firm advising on a wide range of cases including possession proceedings, warrants of eviction, anti-social behaviour injunctions and committal applications, unlawful eviction and return of belongings claims, disrepair claims, homelessness applications and challenges of local authority decisions.

Shaun joined us in 2014 and is based in our Liverpool office.
