Sarah is our Chief Financial Officer.
An ICAEW Chartered Accountant with many years of experience in supporting fast-growth businesses as they scale, she leads our financial strategy, planning and performance management.
Sarah has always placed emphasis on helping organisations to strengthen their systems, controls and processes to enable sustainable expansion. With a sharp focus on operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making, she plays a pivotal role in shaping our financial health and strategic direction.
Sarah is known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to navigate complex financial landscapes including risk assessments, productivity analysis and departmental performance benchmarking. She's been instrumental in developing automated reporting tools and templates that streamline financial data validation and enhance transparency across departments.
Her commitment to regulatory topics and internal audit integrity is reflected in her proactive approach, ensuring firm-wide compliance with operational standards. She's also a key contributor to strategic hiring and team structuring decisions.
