Sarah is a Senior Associate in our housing and regeneration team.
She handles issues such as acquisitions and disposals, development, secured borrowing projects and commercial landlord and tenant matters.
She also advises on enfranchisement matters such as lease extensions and freehold acquisitions and provides training on this topic.
Experienced in non-contentious property law, Sarah has over a decade's experience in commercial and residential property matters.
She acts for a range of clients including national registered providers, charitable organisations and housing co-operatives, including Jigsaw Homes, Riverside Group and Torus62.
Sarah joined us in 2013 and qualified in 2006. She is based in our Liverpool office.
