Rachel is a Legal Director in our Private Client team.
Rachel is a private client lawyer who deals with issues such as wills, inheritance tax planning, estate administrations, the creation and administration of trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.
She acts for a wide range of private clients including high net worth individuals, business clients, professional athletes and clients with complex family circumstances in connection with their estate planning.
She is also experienced in dealing with issues affecting older and vulnerable clients.
Rachel has a solid background in non-contentious work and is experienced in estate administrations. She has dealt with a variety of high value estates, many involving a cross-border element.
She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
Rachel joined us in 2014 and is based in our Manchester office.
