Rachel is an Associate in our Corporate team.
Rachel handles issues such as acquisitions and disposals of shares and assets as well as investments, due diligence and drafting documentation including articles of association.
She acts for companies of all sizes with a particular focus on clients in the healthcare sector.
Rachel is experienced in corporate law and recently advised on a number of investments into private companies by both high net worth individuals and private equity firms.
Rachel joined us in 2019 and qualified in the same year. She is based in our Manchester office.
