She specialises in share and asset acquisitions, investments and corporate governance.
With significant experience in the logistics, manufacturing and supply chain sectors, Rachel frequently advises on international transactions, joint ventures and complex corporate reorganisations in addition to M&A work.
Rachel runs acquisitions and disposals for a wide range of clients, often involving multi-party technical and operational agreements. She also advises on complex investment structures and governance matters, ensuring commercially focused solutions that support long-term growth.
Known both for her technical precision and commercial pragmatism, Rachel is frequently engaged as an extension of clients’ in-house legal teams, particularly where internal capacity is stretched.
Rachel joined us in 2019 and qualified in the same year. She's based in our Manchester office.
