Oliver is a Legal Director in our Litigation team.
Oliver is a commercial litigator who handles a wide variety of commercial disputes. His work has a particular emphasis on commercial contract claims as well as shareholder, director and other company-related disputes.
He acts for a wide range of organisations from small family-owned companies to large PLCs as well as individuals across the private sector.
Oliver has particular experience of working for clients in the manufacturing and supply chain sector, including clients in the food and drink, automotive, construction and recycling industries.
He also advises on commercial cases which have an employment element to them.
Oliver is a former corporate transactional solicitor, as well as someone who has previously spent time working in-house on secondment at a large commercial client in the manufacturing sector and therefore appreciates the need for advice to be clear, pragmatic and commercial.
Oliver qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and joined us in 2013. He is based in our Manchester office.
