Nathan Samuel

Nathan is an Associate in our corporate team.

He handles wide range of corporate transactional matters including business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, governance issues and company secretarial work. Nathan also advises on company reorganisations and demergers and employee incentives such as EMI schemes and growth shares.

A core member of our employee ownership trusts team, Nathan also specialises in guiding businesses on their journeys to becoming employee-owned, as well as other routes to exit. 

Nathan’s clients include SMEs, owner-managed businesses and employee-owned businesses, as well as individual shareholders and directors. He's gained experience in a variety of sectors including manufacturing and supply chain, leisure and hospitality and real estate and housing.

He joined us in 2017 working on contentious matters within the housing and regeneration team and qualified as a Solicitor in the corporate team in September 2022. 

Nathan is based in our Liverpool office.
