Nathan is a Solicitor in our corporate team.
He has experience in various corporate transactional matters including business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, governance issues and company secretarial work. Nathan also advises on company reorganisations and demergers and has assisted with EMI schemes and banking and finance matters.
Nathan has gained experience in a variety of sectors including manufacturing and supply chain, leisure and hospitality and healthcare.
He joined us in 2017 working on contentious matters within the housing and regeneration team and qualified as a Solicitor in the corporate team in September 2022. Nathan is based in our Liverpool office.
