She specialises in intellectual property (IP) law and handles non-contentious IP matters, such as advising on the protection and registration of IP, exploitation and licensing of IP, IP due diligence examinations and IP audits.
Natalie also handles contentious issues such as IP enforcement and infringement disputes, passing off claims, company name and domain name disputes, and third-party oppositions. In addition, she is a member of our Healthcare Sector Group.
Natalie is experienced in advising on general commercial matters including commercial contracts, terms of business and data protection.
She sits on the board of Merseyside Young Professionals and is a member of the Law Society and the Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division.
Natalie joined us in 2020 and qualified in 2018. She is based in our Liverpool office.
