Megan is an Associate in our corporate team.
She handles a wide range of corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, investment fundraising, group restructures and demergers and transitions to employee ownership.
Megan acts for a range of clients from SMEs to international businesses, with a particular focus on the manufacturing and supply chain sector.
Clients appreciate Megan’s structured and pragmatic approach, as well as her attention to detail.
Outside of her day job, Megan leads our ‘Brabners in the City’ network – a network intended to bring together those looking to gain more exposure in their industry and build meaningful working relationships.
Megan joined us as a trainee in September 2021 and qualified in March 2023. She is based in our Manchester office.
