Megan is a Solicitor in our corporate team.
She advises owner‑managed businesses, management teams and investors on a wide range of corporate transactions including business sales and acquisitions, management buy‑outs, group reorganisations and demergers.
Megan also regularly supports with share issues, corporate governance matters and restructuring projects and has experience in EMI incentive schemes as well as banking and finance matters.
Megan’s work takes her across a variety of sectors, with particular experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and supply chain, technology and consumer‑facing businesses. She frequently acts for growing private companies and their founders at key stages in their development, from early investment through to exit.
Clients value Megan’s practical, detail‑focused approach and ability to explain complex corporate issues in a clear, commercial way. She’s known for being hands‑on throughout transactions, keeping processes moving and working closely with clients and their advisers to get deals completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to the underlying business.
Outside of her day job, Megan spearheads our Leeds allotment project and our Leeds-based events for Brabners in the City — a network designed to help professionals gain greater industry exposure and build meaningful, long‑term working relationships.
Megan joined us in January 2023 and qualified as a solicitor in November 2023. She’s based in our Leeds office.
