Matthew is a Partner in our Litigation team.
Matthew is an experienced commercial litigator who advises on shareholder and warranty claims, professional negligence, contractual disputes, defamation and financial services claims and pensions disputes. This includes the execution and defence of search and seizure orders, including acting as the court-appointed supervising solicitor on the execution of such orders.
He acts for a range of organisations and specialises in advising UK-based corporations.
He is a member of a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and the Association of Pensions Lawyers.
Matthew joined us in 2023 and is based in our Leeds office.
