Mark is a Senior Associate in our corporate team.

He advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, shareholder agreements, group restructures and demergers. He's adept at managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing due diligence and negotiating critical documentation. His approach is commercially focused and solutions-driven, enabling him to navigate challenging negotiations and deliver outcomes aligned to client objectives.

Mark has particular experience with transactions in the logistics, manufacturing and industrial sectors, where he regularly supports both national and international infrastructure companies on acquisitions, working closely with their in-house legal teams.
