Lucy is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team.
Lucy is a banking and finance lawyer who prepares and negotiates facility agreements and various security and guarantee documents.
She acts for a range of clients including clearing banks, alternative debt providers and debt funds.
Lucy has a strong background in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending and banking matters. She has advised banks, credit funds, multinational private companies on a range of bilateral and syndicated facilities.
Her clients include NatWest.
Lucy joined us in January 2023 and is based in our Manchester office.
