Lucy is a Senior Associate in our corporate team.
She is a banking and finance lawyer who prepares and negotiates facility agreements and various security and guarantee documents.
Lucy acts for a range of clients including clearing banks, alternative debt providers and debt funds.
She has a strong background in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending and banking matters. Lucy has advised banks, credit funds and multinational private companies on a range of bilateral and syndicated facilities.
Her clients include NatWest.
Lucy joined us in January 2023 and is based in our Manchester office.
