Kate is an Associate in our Family team.
Kate has gained experience in all aspects of family law including divorce and financial settlements, cohabitation, separation and trusts of land applications, Children Act applications and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
She has also gained experience in legal writing and drafting as well as time and case management.
In addition, Kate liaises closely with counsel and clients and she has attended a number of court hearings and conferences.
She is a member of Merseyside Young Professionals.
Kate joined us as a Paralegal in August 2017, started as a Trainee Solicitor in 2019 and qualified in March 2021. She is based in our Liverpool office.
