A highly experienced corporate lawyer, Jon advises on the full spectrum of corporate transactions including private equity, mergers and acquisitions on behalf of a wide range of clients.
He also handles transactions such as corporate restructurings, joint ventures, MBOs and MBIs as well as business and share sales and purchases.
Jon has a strong reputation for being user-friendly, straight-talking, pragmatic and solutions-driven in his deal approach.
His clients include start-ups, SMEs, mid-market corporates and multinationals, such as Citizen Spritz, ParkVia, Egertons Recovery, D.H. Mansfield, Exam Papers Plus Ltd and Omni Partners.
His recent deals include the share sale of ParkVia to CAVU Group Limited and the share acquisitions of SME HCI Limited (trading as Vivup) and separately Compass CHC Limited by Omni Partners.
