Jon is a Partner in our Corporate team.
Jon is an experienced corporate lawyer who advises on corporate transactions including private equity, mergers and acquisitions on behalf of a wide range of clients and has a reputation for being user-friendly, straight-talking, pragmatic and solutions-driven in his deal approach.
He also handles transactions such as corporate restructurings, joint ventures, public-to-private transactions and management buy-outs, as well as business and share sales and purchases. He acts for start-ups, SMEs, mid-market businesses and multinationals.
Jon has a strong background in non-contentious corporate law and has handled major transactions while working at several large law firms.
Jon’s clients include ParkCloud, Sadaqat Global Ltd, Egertons Recovery Limited and Healthfull Holdings Group Limited.
Jon joined us in 2018 and is based in our Manchester office.
