Ibraheem is a Paralegal in our corporate team.

He plays a key role in facilitating clients’ transitions to employee ownership models, working closely with colleagues and client teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

Ibraheem’s work includes drafting key legal documents, coordinating the various stages of a transaction and managing post-completion matters such as stamp duty submissions and Companies House filings. He also assists with company incorporations and supports the wider team in delivering tailored, practical solutions for clients that are navigating complex corporate structures.
